Cat serves as Vice President for the Outpatient Medicine practice line at Vituity. In this role she leads the urgent care, family care, occupational health, and health and wellness business lines which focus on consumer-first care delivery. She is also co-founder and CEO of MOOV Health and Wellness, a stealth mode company powered by Vituity’s Innovation Hub Inflect, launching Spring 2023 with its flagship location in DFW, TX.

Prior to joining Vituity, she led the Business Relationships function at SCA Health, anOptum/UHG surgical services company, and operated as American Family Care’s StrategyDirector, responsible for digital transformation, revenue growth, and patient engagementinitiatives. She also spent many years in the diagnostics arena commercializing proprietarybiomarker technology and leading cross-functional teams; including clinical affairs,managed care, sales force effectiveness, marketing, and product development.

Cat holds a BS in Behavioral Psychology and Cognitive Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, a certificate in Healthcare Management from Cornell’s Johnson Graduate School of Management, and an Executive MBA with a distinction in Finance from UNC Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School.

She serves as a mentor for UHG’s TechStars Digital Health Accelerator program for startups, a partner in UNC’s 100 Women organization, sits on the Board for the Center for the Business of Health at UNC, a CHIEF member, and is a Fellow for the Women’s Policy Institute for the State of Alabama.
