Erin Leach serves as the Program Manager for the Center for the Business of Health (CBOH), where she oversees strategic programming, manages sponsorships and benefit implementation, leads marketing and communications efforts, handles all financial and administrative operations, and fosters relationships with alumni, students, and partners.

Since joining UNC Chapel Hill in 2005, she has dedicated most of her career to Kenan-Flagler Business School, following an initial year at the School of Nursing. Prior to her time at UNC, she served as a Legal Specialist with the NC National Guard, including a tour of duty in Baghdad, Iraq.

A Chapel Hill native, Erin is proud to be a Tar Heel born and bred.
