Frances Nahas

Chief Strategy Officer, RedSail Technologies

Frances Nahas is Chief Strategy Office of RedSail Technologies, a leading provider of software to independent retail and long-term care pharmacies. In this role, she is responsible for Strategy, M&A, and overall business process. Frances has spent the last eight years working for and advising Francisco Partners portfolio companies.

In addition to her role at RedSail Technologies, past executive roles have included Chief Strategy Office of Connecture, a market leader in online health plan enrollment software, which was split and sold to BenefitFocus and Harris Computers in 2019, and SVP, Strategy at Aesynt, a leading hospital pharmacy automation company, which was acquired by Omnicell in 2016. In between executive roles, Frances consults independently on strategy, market, and M&A. Frances began her healthcare focus as part of McKesson’s Corporate Strategy and Business Development Group, where she worked with senior executives across both the Distribution and Technology businesses. Frances joined McKesson from Bain & Company, where she was a management consultant. She started her career with CGI Federal, where she developed a strong foundation in technology.

Frances graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and International Studies from the University of Notre Dame and was a Forte Fellow and Dean’s Scholar at the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, where she earned a Master of Business Administration degree.
