As CEO of JTH Consulting, LLC., Jeanne commands broad knowledge and deep expertise in the Life Sciences arena. She has dedicated much of her career to guiding international companies through healthy growth – thoughtfully, strategically, and with unyielding integrity.

Jeanne has been expanding her Life Sciences consulting practice supporting companies with sales, marketing and market growth strategies, annual plan development as well as advisory and board work. Her experience spans the medical imaging, research site, emerging biotechnology, early stage AI and technology business landscape and life sciences services market. In this capacity Jeanne serves as a strategic advisor to PE companies, small and emerging companies and their business leaders as well as venture capitalists.

During her career in industry, Jeanne built and empowered successful teams in mature and emerging markets, and across numerous product and service sectors. Recently as CEO of Ora, Inc., Jeanne supported her teams’ excellent delivery of full-service pre-clinical and clinical ophthalmic drug and device development – motivated, as always, by the good work of her teams and the patients they strived to serve.

Jeanne first joined Ora in 2018 as a member of the Board of Directors and was later named Chief Strategy Officer in charge of global commercial, operational, product development, and strategic activities; immediately thereafter Jeanne assumed the CEO position. Under Jeanne’s guidance, Ora expanded its international presence into Europe and China, introduced new lines of businesses, and furthered its goals along numerous strategic paths.

Prior to that, Jeanne was a member of the Board and Chief Operating Officer of Median Technologies, an oncology imaging company where she was responsible for leading, implementing, and driving the company’s global strategy including the expansion into anew therapy area, NASH.

Earlier in her career, Jeanne held many senior roles at IQVIA (formerly QuintilesIMS), an international company that provides biopharmaceutical development and commercial outsourcing services. She was a Member of the Quintiles Executive Committee, and President of the Quintiles WIN (Women in Networking) group. Prior to this, she held a number of leadership positions of increasing responsibility with the company. She was also Vice President of Marketing & Sales for Decision Biomarkers, Inc. and Regulatory Affairs Officer for the UNC Oncology Protocol Office.

Jeanne is an active Advisory Board Member for Wake Forest University as well as the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler’s Business School Business of Health Council and lecturer at the business school.

Jeanne also volunteers with Senior PharmAssist, a nonprofit group that provides medication access and medication therapy management to seniors in North Carolina. She further volunteers with Kids=Play, a nonprofit group building playgrounds for children with disabilities in Southern Virginia, and with Ronald McDonald House. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from that university’s Ross School of Business. She earned a Certificate of Project Management from the Project Management Institute.

In her free time Jeanne enjoys spending time with her husband, playing with their dog, scuba diving (she is a technical diver), playing tennis, reading, cooking, and birdwatching.
