John Chapman is the Vice President of Clinical Operations at Unified Women’s Healthcare, where he supports over 2,000 providers.

John helps doctors deliver great care by developing tools and processes that enable efficient documentation, health quality goals and effective clinic operations. John is responsible for the EHR system, best-practice clinic operations, clinical content and a support desk.

At athenahealth, he led cross-functional teams to drive client success for healthcare enterprises across revenue cycle, practice management, and EHR.

As a consultant at McKinsey & Company, he developed expertise in strategic planning, change management, process improvement, and culture change.

John is a 2000 BSBA and 2008 MBA graduate of The University of North Carolina, where participates on several alumni boards.

John enjoys music, running and tennis in his spare time. What he lacks in talent, he makes up for in enthusiasm.
