She joined Neovance in early 2025 to support driving the organization’s growth in the patient services and hub sectors. Prior to Neovance, Rohini was a manager in PwC’s Customer Transformation practice, where she worked primarily with Pharma and Life Sciences clients across the healthcare value chain on initiatives spanning commercial launch, pricing and market access, payer insights, patient journeys, operations and more.

Rohini holds a dual MBA/MPP with her MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler in 2019 and her Masters in Public Policy from the Sanford School at Duke University. With the dual degree, she gained exposure to public sector initiatives through an internship at USAID within their Economics division focused on Global Health Initiatives, and found her passion for pharma and life sciences during an influential internship at Eli Lilly within the Diabetes business unit working in the pricing and market access space for a new asset.

She is currently based in Durham, NC where she lives with her husband Arvind, and their golden doodle, Korra.
