Samuel J. Beran, M.D., F.A.C.S., is a board-certified plastic surgeon in Westchester County, New York City and Putnam County. Prior to joining Cosmetic Surgery Associates of New York, Dr. Beran spent several years teaching and practicing cosmetic surgery at the prestigious University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas.
