Theresa is the Chief Operating Officer for the Oncology Commercial Organization and Chief Marketing Officer Governance at Eli Lilly. She brings leadership, management, and vision to enable more coordinated strategies across Development, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Oncology. She leads commercial transformation efforts working cross-functionally to experiment and scale transformation. She is responsible for developing and maintaining the proper operational controls, reporting procedures and systems in place to enable integration, coordination, and prioritization across Oncology assets and key geographies, to effectively navigate brand development, launch readiness, as well as brand and customer planning approaches to deliver on customer and plan expectations. In addition, Theresa leads the Oncology Customer Engagement and Sales Support Team to deliver solutions for the Oncology portfolio that support omnichannel sales force engagement, drive execution, aid in account entry and enable progressive patient centered dialogues.


Theresa has had a wealth of diverse leadership experiences across global and US marketing, sales, Six Sigma, as well as Value and Access, in her 21 years with Lilly. She received her MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2000and her Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University in 1994. Theresa and her husband Mike have two daughters, Mary Michael and Anna.
