The Business of Health Minor empowers students from all non-business majors to build the skills and knowledge necessary in order to navigate the dynamic U.S. healthcare industry. This unique minor affords students the opportunity to learn in an interdisciplinary environment, develop business fundamentals, and build a personal and professional network comprised of peers from the minor cohort and a robust alumni community working across the healthcare industry.
The minor is administered by the UNC Center for the Business of Health (CBOH) in partnership with the undergraduate business program at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Students who are business majors are not eligible to apply for the minor but may opt to complete an area of emphasis in the Business of Health as part of business major electives.
Deadline is August 25. Apply today.
Prior to admission to the business of health minor, students will work on completing general education requirements, which apply to all UNC students, and prerequisites for admission to the minor, many of which satisfy general education requirements.
